The teacher remains central to the process. Effective experiential learning requires clear learning objectives, suitable activities, thoughtful questioning, student participation, reflection, feedback, and appropriate assessment.

The approach also connects naturally with competency-based education. Students can demonstrate communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, research, problem-solving, and practical application through meaningful learning experiences.

Implementation challenges remain. Infrastructure, teacher preparation, class size, curriculum pressure, time, assessment, and unequal access can affect how experiential learning works in practice. These challenges can be addressed through teacher training, low-cost activities, gradual implementation, appropriate assessment, local resources, and meaningful use of technology.
